Additional Duties of License Holder

Sec. 1603.2312. ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF LICENSE HOLDER. The holder of a school license shall: (1) maintain a sanitary premises; (2) establish regular class and instruction hours and grades; (3) hold examinations before issuing diplomas; and (4) maintain a copy of the school's curriculum in a conspicuous place and verify that the curriculum is being followed.
