Sec. 1603.3003. ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL LICENSE. The department shall issue a renewal license on receipt of: (1) a renewal application in the form prescribed by the department; and (2) any renewal fee. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 3.24, eff. September 1, 2021.
