Sec. 161.018. MINUTES OF BOARD. Minutes of each meeting of the board shall be kept, and only those matters that actually transpire at the meeting shall be entered in the minutes. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2656, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
