Technology Policy

Sec. 161.0335. TECHNOLOGY POLICY. The commission shall implement a policy requiring the commission to use appropriate technological solutions to improve the commission's ability to perform its functions. The policy must ensure that the public is able to interact with the commission on the Internet. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1242 (H.B. 2543), Sec. 10, eff. September 1, 2007.
