Chair

Sec. 161.0591. CHAIR. (a) The position of chair is selected from the commission members by a majority vote of the commission members. The chair serves a term of six months. (b) The member serving as chair may not vote on a matter before the commission except to break a tie vote. (c) A commission member may decline to serve as chair.
