Availability of Commission Orders On Internet

Sec. 161.174. AVAILABILITY OF COMMISSION ORDERS ON INTERNET. (a) As soon as practicable following a preliminary review, preliminary review hearing, or formal hearing at which the commission determines that a person has committed a violation within the commission's jurisdiction, the commission shall make available on the Internet: (1) a copy of the commission's order stating the determination; or (2) a summary of the commission's order. (b) This section does not apply to a determination of a violation that is technical or de minimis. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 799 (S.B. 1368), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
