Sec. 161.201. ORDER. The commission may: (1) issue and enforce a cease and desist order to stop a violation; (2) issue an affirmative order to require compliance with the laws administered and enforced by the commission; and (3) issue an order of public censure with or without a civil penalty imposed under Section 161.202.
