Sec. 161.223. BOARD TO SPECIFY TERMS. The board may specify in each individual case the terms of the contract entered into with the purchaser as long as they are not contrary to the provisions of this chapter. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2667, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
