Sec. 162.075. BOARD MEETINGS; QUORUM. (a) The bylaws shall prescribe the manner of holding board meetings. (b) A majority of the directors is a quorum. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
