Conflicts With Other Law

Sec. 163.074. CONFLICTS WITH OTHER LAW. This subchapter prevails to the extent of a conflict between this subchapter and any other law, including: (1) a law regulating the affairs of a municipal corporation; or (2) a home-rule charter provision.
