Sec. 165.023. USE OF BIOLOGICS. The commission shall adopt rules governing the use of biologics as a protection against dissemination of communicable swine diseases. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1429, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
