Practicing Medicine Without Registration

Sec. 165.159. PRACTICING MEDICINE WITHOUT REGISTRATION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person practices medicine without complying with the registration requirements imposed by this subtitle. (b) An offense under Subsection (a) constitutes the offense of practicing medicine without a license. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
