Sec. 165.160. EFFECT ON CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. This subtitle does not bar a criminal prosecution for a violation of this subtitle or a rule adopted under this subtitle. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
