Sec. 1662.108. FILE UPDATES. A health benefit plan issuer or administrator shall update the machine-readable files described by Section 1662.103 and the information described by this subchapter monthly. The issuer or administrator must clearly indicate in the files the date that the files were most recently updated. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 333 (H.B. 2090), Sec. 3, eff.
