Penalty

Sec. 168.008. PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person refuses to: (1) comply with an order of the commission or laboratory concerning an infected flock; or (2) admit a person with a search warrant obtained as provided in Section 168.003 of this code. (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor. (c) A person commits a separate offense for each day that the person refuses to comply with an order or admit a person with a search warrant. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1456, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
