Sec. 17.068. CONTINUANCE OR POSTPONEMENT. A court may continue or postpone an action in which process is served under this subchapter as necessary to afford the defendant reasonable opportunity to defend. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
