Art. 17.12. EXEMPT PROPERTY. The property secured by the Constitution and laws from forced sale shall not, in any case, be held liable for the satisfaction of bail, either as to principal or sureties, if any. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
