Art. 17.28. WHEN READY TO GIVE BAIL. If the party be ready to give bail, the magistrate shall cause to be prepared a bond, which shall be signed by the accused and his surety or sureties, if any. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
