In Case of No Arrest

Art. 17.32. IN CASE OF NO ARREST. Upon failure from any cause to arrest the accused the magistrate shall file with the proper clerk the complaint, warrant of arrest, and a list of the witnesses. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
