Security of Witness

Art. 17.35. SECURITY OF WITNESS. The amount of security to be required of a witness is to be regulated by his pecuniary condition, character and the nature of the offense with respect to which he is a witness. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
