Sec. 17.825. CIVIL REMEDY. A consumer aggrieved by a violation of this chapter may maintain a cause of action for damages in accordance with Section 17.50 of this code. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 117, Sec. 8(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
