Sec. 17.878. FORM OF BONDS. (a) The bonds may be issued in the form, denominations, and manner and under the terms, conditions, and details as provided by the board in the resolution or order authorizing their issuance. (b) The bonds shall be signed and executed as provided by the board's resolution or order authorizing the issuance of the bonds. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1103, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
