Civil Remedy

Sec. 17.884. CIVIL REMEDY. A consumer aggrieved by a violation of this subchapter may maintain a cause of action for damages in accordance with Section 17.50. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1013, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
