Sec. 1701.056. USE OF DISAPPROVED FORM PROHIBITED. An insurer who receives written notice that a form filed by the insurer has been disapproved by the commissioner shall immediately stop using the form. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 5, eff. April 1, 2005.
