Electronic Submission of Forms, Data, and Documents

Sec. 1701.1523. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF FORMS, DATA, AND DOCUMENTS. The commission by rule shall: (1) develop and establish a system for the electronic submission of forms, data, and documents required to be submitted to the commission under this chapter; and (2) once that system is established, require law enforcement agencies to submit to the commission electronically any form, data, or document required to be submitted to the commission under this chapter.
