Sec. 1701.503. BARRATRY CONVICTION. The commission shall immediately revoke the license of a person licensed under this chapter who is convicted of barratry under Section 38.12, Penal Code. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
