Sec. 1702.052. PROHIBITED INDUCEMENTS. Except as provided by this chapter, an insurer, health maintenance organization, or agent may not: (1) offer or provide insurance, annuity, or health care plan coverage as an inducement to the purchase of another policy or contract; or (2) otherwise use "free," "no cost," or words of similar meaning in an advertisement.
