Sec. 1702.1055. ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL DEVICE COMPANY. A person acts as an electronic access control device company for the purposes of this chapter if the person installs or maintains an electronic access control device. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 936, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
