Posting of Board Rule Or Action

Sec. 1704.104. POSTING OF BOARD RULE OR ACTION. A board shall post a rule adopted or an action taken by the board in an appropriate place in the county courthouse for the 10 days preceding the date the rule or action takes effect. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
