Sec. 1704.107. NOTIFICATION OF LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION. A board shall immediately notify each court and each local official responsible for the detention of prisoners in the county of: (1) the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this chapter; and (2) the revocation of the authority of a license holder's agent.
