Powers and Duties of Department

Sec. 171.0052. POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT. The department shall: (1) prescribe the application form for a license under this chapter; (2) evaluate the qualifications of applicants; and (3) enforce minimum standards applicable to program providers, instructors, and court-ordered programs.
