Sec. 171.151. REGIONAL MOBILITY AUTHORITY POWERS. A district may exercise the transportation project powers of a regional mobility authority under Chapter 370 for a transportation project that is a freight rail facility. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 756 (H.B. 2958), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
