Sec. 171.810. FEES. The foundation may set and charge to an organization a fee in an amount sufficient to cover the foundation's costs to certify the organization as an eligible organization under Section 171.803. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1149 (S.B. 2018), Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2026.
