Sec. 172.062. TERMINATION OF MANDATE. The mandate of an arbitrator terminates: (1) on withdrawal from office; (2) when the parties agree; or (3) as provided by Section 172.059, 172.060, or 172.061. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 5.02, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
