Sec. 172.103. RULES OF PROCEDURE. (a) The parties may agree on the procedure to be followed by the arbitration tribunal in conducting the arbitration, subject to this chapter. (b) If the parties do not agree, the arbitration tribunal may conduct the arbitration in the manner it considers appropriate, subject to this chapter.
