Sec. 172.146. AWARD ON AGREED TERMS. (a) The arbitration tribunal shall make an award on agreed terms as provided by Section 172.117. An award on agreed terms must state that it is an arbitration award. (b) An award on agreed terms has the same status and effect as any other arbitration award on the substance of the dispute.
