Notice To Local Governments

Sec. 173.356. NOTICE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. At the same time the district notifies the comptroller under Section 173.355, the district shall: (1) notify each affected local governmental jurisdiction of the district's creation; and (2) provide each jurisdiction with an adequate map showing the property boundaries of the district.
