Duty of Comptroller

Sec. 173.358. DUTY OF COMPTROLLER. The comptroller shall: (1) administer, collect, and enforce a tax imposed under this chapter; and (2) remit to a district the tax collected on the district's property. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 2.04, eff. April 1, 2011.
