Sec. 174.202. STRIKES, SLOWDOWNS, AND LOCKOUTS PROHIBITED. (a) A fire fighter or police officer may not engage in a strike or slowdown. (b) A lockout of fire fighters or police officers is prohibited. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
