Sec. 1802.151. FUND. The auctioneer education and recovery fund is a trust fund with the comptroller for the payment of claims against auctioneers licensed under this chapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
