Availability of Other Remedies

Sec. 1804.206. AVAILABILITY OF OTHER REMEDIES. This chapter does not: (1) prevent the state or an injured party from bringing an action to recover a contribution obtained by misrepresentation; or (2) limit other causes of action available to a plaintiff by statute or common law.
