Definitions

Sec. 181.081. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Facility" means a pole, pier, abutment, wire, or other fixture related to a telephone or magnetic telegraph line. (2) "Telegraph corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain magnetic telegraph lines. (3) "Telephone corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain telephone lines. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
