Appropriation Or Condemnation of Land

Sec. 181.084. APPROPRIATION OR CONDEMNATION OF LAND. A telephone or telegraph corporation has the right to: (1) appropriate as much land owned by a private person or a corporation as is necessary to construct a facility; or (2) condemn land to acquire a right-of-way or other interest in the land for the use of the telephone or telegraph corporation.
