Sec. 182.003. REQUEST FOR DELAY. An elderly individual may request that the utility implement the delay under Section 182.002 for: (1) the most recent utility bill; or (2) the most recent utility bill and each subsequent utility bill. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
