Sec. 188.014. SIGNATURE. The notice of claim of lien shall be signed by the lien claimant or by a person authorized to sign documents of a similar kind on behalf of the claimant. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 197, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
