Sec. 1901.002. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER. This chapter applies to: (1) an insurer authorized to write or engaged in writing professional liability insurance for a physician or health care provider; and (2) a rating organization acting on behalf of an insurer described by Subdivision (1).
