Sec. 191.029. CERTIFICATES OR REPORT SENT TO STATE REGISTRAR. On the 10th day of each month, the local registrar shall send to the state registrar: (1) the original certificates that the local registrar registered during the preceding month; or (2) a report of no births or deaths on a card provided for that purpose if no births or deaths occurred during the preceding month.
