Withdrawal of Approval

Sec. 1952.053. WITHDRAWAL OF APPROVAL. The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, withdraw the commissioner's approval of a policy or endorsement form that was approved by the commissioner under Article 5.06. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
