Grounds For Discipline of Registered Person

Sec. 1954.303. GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINE OF REGISTERED PERSON. The department shall take disciplinary action under Section 1954.301 against a person registered under this chapter who: (1) fraudulently or deceptively assigns, obtains, or attempts to assign or obtain a registration or the renewal of a registration; or (2) violates: (A) a federal, state, or local asbestos law or rule; or (B) an order issued by the executive commissioner or department.
