Inspection of Crafted Precious Metal By Peace Officer

Sec. 1956.065. INSPECTION OF CRAFTED PRECIOUS METAL BY PEACE OFFICER. (a) A dealer shall make crafted precious metal purchased by the dealer available for inspection by a peace officer during regular business hours while in the dealer's possession. (b) Information obtained under this section is confidential except for use in a criminal investigation or prosecution or a civil court proceeding.
